Endings are so precious. They hold in them, a seed of the new.
This applies to everything: endings of relationship, job, business, and each year that passes by.
Every December I guide myself through a beautiful process of closing the old year by embracing all that has happened with gratitude and love and by letting go of the past.
I have been doing this endings ritual for so many years and I have found that it has had a very powerful, healing, and positive effect on me, those around me, and the future I am creating.
